Né en 1952, Alain Fromonot, artiste peintre, reçoit une solide formation classique à l’école d’Architecture des Beaux-Arts de Versailles. Toujours passionné par la lumière, par la technique du clair-obscur des maîtres de la Renaissance et, à contre courant de son époque, il ne cesse de peindre pour lui-même et pour ses proches, et sillonne les musées d’Europe.
Born in 1952, Alain Fromonot, a painter, received a solid classical training at the School of Fine Arts Architecture of Versailles. Always fascinated by the light, by the technique of chiaroscuro masters of the Renaissance and, against the current of his time, he never stops painting for himself and for his loved ones, and travels the museums of Europe.

Cette toile de 32 mètre carrés (8m X4m) est née, il y a 10 ans, d’un regard sur le monde, perturbé de violences. Pendant trois ans, Alain Fromonot, en réaction, a créé une image comme une ode à la Vie, à la Nature, à l’Amour. Cette œuvre, au travers de ses 150 personnages, dont certains à dimension humaine, nous emporte dans un mouvement : la naissance, les arts, la faim, l’amour, la peur… Elle nous montre la dualité humaine mais aussi l’Homme avec l’Homme. Cette peinture est destinée au voyage du monde entier.
This 32 square meter (8m X4m) canvas was created 10 years ago from a look at the world, disrupted by violence. For three years, Alain Fromonot, in reaction, created an image as an ode to Life, Nature and Love. 阿兰的巨作及其倾心分享的创作背景令人感动，他用有限的元素表达出无限的想象空间。从事力学研究的我观摩他的作品“他者”，自然而然想到物体接触的三种形态：分离、粘着、摩擦。他的作品中还包含重叠、穿透。另外一个体会是艺术创作与科学研究有许多共同点，无论是概念或情绪，比如无奈、迷茫、兴奋、喜悦，都是需要激情与坚持作为前行的动力。我们只看到自己现实生活中的一小部分，感谢阿兰这样的艺术家给我们启迪，体味生活的美好。最后一个感慨是听阿兰演讲，就像是看见一团火焰在熊熊燃烧，永不熄火。

We can only be touched by Alain’s great works and the creative background that he has shared with all his heart. He expresses an infinite imagination with limited elements. On ne peut qu’être touché par les grandes œuvres d’Alain et par l’arrière-plan créatif qu’il nous a fait partager avec tout son cœur. Il exprime une imagination infinie avec des éléments limités. En tant que spécialiste en mécanique, lorsque je contemple sa toile “L’Autre”, je pense naturellement aux trois statuts entre objets en contact: la séparation, l’adhérence et le frottement. L’œuvre intègre également la superposition et la pénétration. A travers cette expérience, on se rend compte que la création artistique et la recherche scientifique ont beaucoup de choses en commun aussi bien sur le plan conceptuel que sur le plan émotionnel comme l’impuissance, la confusion, l’excitation, la joie, et ils ont besoin de la passion et de la persistance comme moteur pour avancer. Nous ne voyons qu’un tout petit bout de notre réalité, grâce à l’imagination d’un artiste tel qu’Alain, nous pouvons voir plus loin et apprécier la beauté de l’existence. Enfin, écouter l’enthousiasme d’Alain c’est comme regarder un feu qui ne consumera jamais.

阿兰讲得太多，现在不得不听诗人的发言！阿兰的巨幅绘画“他者”（l’Autre）集中外显了他整个生命经历的内在积累：爱恨情仇。虽然是一幅长8米宽4米长的32平米的“巨”作，但那仅仅是他想表达的情感的极其微小的部分。因此画面看上去很拥挤，变化很跳跃很跌宕。我是业余诗歌爱好者，诗歌和绘画有很多相似之处。当我们有某种触动时就会去表达去宣泄，那一刻所有的过往都涌上笔端，要用有限的笔触去表达拥挤的想法，跳跃与跌宕便很自然，这同时也给观者留下自由填充的空间。当观者静下心来去感悟就会获得与作者互补的新体验。阿兰是因为对人类的一系列现象，比如拜金、自私、暴力、战争等，感到心痛愤怒而作此画，因此其情感犹显浓烈，所谓爱之深恨之切。他想到的是整个人类、整个宇宙是一个同体，像钻石一样难以分割，他的心中有大爱。

Alain’s huge painting “l’Autre” shows the inner accumulation of his whole life experience: love, hate, feeling and hatred. Although it is a “giant” painting with a length of 8 meters and a width of 4 meters and 32 square meters, it is only a tiny part of the emotion he wants to express. L’immense tableau “l’Autre” d’Alain montre l’accumulation intérieure de toute son expérience de vie : amour, haine, sentiment, etc. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un tableau “géant” d’une longueur de 8 mètres et d’une largeur de 4 mètres, ce n’est qu’une infime partie de l’émotion qu’il veut exprimer. En conséquence, le tableau semble bondé et les changements entre les « scènes » sont très spectaculaires. Je suis une poétesse amatrice. La poésie et la peinture ont beaucoup de similitudes. Quand nous somme touchés par une chose ou un événement, nous avons besoins de l’exprimer afin d’évacuer l’encombrement de nos émotions. A ce moment-là, tout le vécu se déversait. Nous devons exprimer nos pensées entassées avec des moyens limités，ainsi on ne peut pas suivre la logique d’une façon linéaire, les sauts entres les clichés sont obligatoires et naturels. En même temps, il laisse de la place aux observateurs pour se remplir librement. Lorsque l’observateur se concentre et se laisse « entrer » dans la scène conçue par l’auteur, il va vivre une nouvelle expérience complémentaire à celle de l’auteur. Alain a commencé à peindre cette toile parce qu’il se sentait déchiré par le chaos dans le monde, tels que le culte de l’argent, l’égoïsme, le stress, la violence, la guerre, etc. Par conséquent, son émotion est particulièrement forte. Ce qu’il pensait et qu’il voulait révéler, c’est que toute la race humaine et tout l’univers étaient un tout, c’est-à-dire que le moi et le soi sont des individus à part entière qui font partie d’un tout, aussi difficile à diviser qu’un diamant. Il est en train de peindre un diamant. Il a un grand amour fraternel dans son cœur profond envers ce monde chaotique.

Un tableau qui compte est un tableau qui exprime son époque et c’est le cas. Notre temps est un moment de confusion, de tensions, de bouleversements, mais aussi d’espoir. Le tableau d’Alain l’exprime bien.

昨天来到阿兰的画室，有那么多的画，最大的那一幅是人间大爱。每位朋友都说得非常好，把我想说的话都说完了。那我还是说说三个小男孩的那幅画吧，三娃坐在地上或玩小石子，或看小蟋蟀，低头关注，个个都栩栩如生，画家把中国孩子的特点表现出来，我们小时候的头基本上都是前面额头往外凸出，后脑勺往后凸出，后面的发界比较低，我又仔细看看芃子的两个孩子，我们中国的孩子和欧洲的孩子是有区别的，但是随着年龄的增长，前后凸出的地方也就慢慢的消失了，这就是中国男娃的特点，被画家抓住了，非常真实，也画出孩子们的童趣。 三个小孩那种两小无猜、天真无邪的小模样真是可爱至极。可见阿兰绘画的功夫很深，观察人物细致入微，对艺术的追求精神可嘉！对我们来说也是对艺术欣赏的提升。谢谢阿兰！

Hier, je suis venu au studio d’Alan.il y avait tellement de tableaux, la plus grande exprime le grand amour du monde. Tous les autres avaient très bien commenté sur ce tableau, et avaient terminé ce que je voulais dire. Alors je ferais mieux de dire quelque chose sur le tableau des trois petits garçons. Ces trois petits garçons étaient assis par terre ou jouaient avec des cailloux ou regardaient des grillons. Ils baissèrent tous les yeux et se regardèrent vivement. Le peintre a montré les caractéristiques des enfants chinois. Quand nous étions jeunes, nos têtes dépassaient essentiellement du front et de l’arrière de la tête et la bordure de cheveux derrière la tête était plus basse. J’ai regardé les trois petits garçons avec soin, nos enfants chinois étaient différents des enfants européens, mais avec l’âge, les parties saillantes ont progressivement disparu,.ce sont les caractéristiques des garçons chinois, et ils ont été attrapés par le peintre, très réels. L’apparence innocente des enfants est vraiment mignonne.On peut voir que le talent d’Alain pour la peinture est très profond, qu’il observe les personnages en détail et que sa recherche de l’art est digne d’éloges.
